1. Our services
Tawqi provides business, legal and documentation services, including company formation, certified translation, notarization, document and degree attestation, true copy attestation, equivalency, will registration, legal drafting, visa & PRO support, bank account opening assistance, and VAT / corporate tax compliance. A full description of each service is available on our Services pages, and every engagement begins with a written quote and document checklist.
2. Quotes, fees & payment
- Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Each quote sets out our service fee separately from government or third-party fees, which are passed through at cost.
- Work begins only after you approve the quote. Payment terms are stated on the quote and invoice.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and are confirmed in your written quote.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and genuine documents and information, and tell us promptly about any changes.
- Ensure signatures are valid and that documents submitted on your behalf are authorised by you.
- Understand that many processing times depend on government departments and third parties, which are outside our control.
We may suspend work if we are given incorrect, incomplete or unauthorised documents, or if providing the service would breach the law.
4. Refunds & cancellations
If you cancel before work starts, we will refund any pre-paid fees. Once work has started or government fees have been paid on your behalf, those costs are generally non-refundable because they are incurred on your behalf. Each case is assessed on its facts.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, logo, graphics, images and design — belongs to Tawqi and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission. The logo and brand assets are provided to us under licence and may not be reused.
6. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep the website accurate, but information about government requirements, fees and processing times changes frequently. Website content is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or with us directly before relying on them.
7. Third-party links & services
Our site may link to external websites (such as government portals, mapping services and chat providers). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
- We are not liable for delays, refusals or outcomes caused by government authorities, couriers, banks or other third parties.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits, opportunity or data).
