Enquiry and application records are kept only for as long as needed to serve you, respond to follow-ups, or meet legal requirements — after which they are deleted.

We share information only where it is needed to operate the site or deliver your service:
- Service providers — cloud hosting and database providers that store your data on our behalf.
- Live chat — when the chat widget is active, Tawk.to processes chat messages and their privacy policy applies to that interaction.
- Government & regulatory authorities — only where required to process your documents or as the law demands.
- Professional advisers — translators, notaries, lawyers or other licensed parties engaged to complete your file.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
